This app violates the terms of use of Bing Maps. OS maps are not allowed to be stored offline or saved as an image.

Brilliant and incredible value. Why doesn't any Marketplace Search find this app? From both my WP7.8 phone and www.windowsphone.com, a search for OS Maps does not find it. The OS 25,000:1 maps are just fantastic. Nice one! 4 stars rather than 5 because I find map tile downloads are agonisingly slow, particularly when using it in anger on walks. This may not be the app publishers fault, but does impact on usage. With a couple of bars of 'G', which is typical for the English countryside, it takes minutes, or never, to get the local tile. I hadn't realised that you could download/cache map tiles in advance and will try doing that. From my experience, it seemed to download on demand and not cache, but perhaps I missed something.

Superb, need to be aware of download needs but top notch

Best mapping app for the UK by miles. Not found a way to delete maps that are no longer needed, otherwise 5 stars.
