Nokia NFC is a Windows Phone app which allows you to read/write any standard NFC tag. You can create NFC tags to launch applications, check-in to places, update social status, or even make phone calls or send text messages by simply waiving your phone over the programmed tag. Once a tag is created you place the tag in a convenient place, then tap your phone to it to perform the actions that have been stored to the tag. While the tags are created using your Windows Phone, they can be read by any operating system that is NFC enabled!
19/05/2013Wont work with tags I got but nfc interactor does. Come on Nokia...
12/05/2013This app really need the ability to clone, read and write more the one task/action at a time. Without these it is useless, in other words its useless at the minute... Poor Nokia...
07/05/2013Nice piece of tech
28/04/2013Would be a useful app if I knew where to get NFC tags from and had a use for them in the first place.
10/04/20132 stars. This app only lets u program one command to one tag, perhaps i wanted it to do more than just one task? Ive seen android devices do this! And only starts tasks u have to do the rest... And windows phone... I write the tag with this phone, why give me a stupid security warning every time? In summary, distressing.
08/04/2013Not so great
04/04/2013Needs the ability to read\copy tags and also allow multiple actions to get 5 stars, but functional.
03/04/2013I am sorry but there are no instructions or guidance so I have no idea how it works or what it does. I am going to remove from my phone.
25/03/2013Noticed tha some item are not so easy, take foursquare check ins it opens the mobile website not the app. Overall great app and very useful. 😊
