28/06/2015Best mobile banking app I've used. A proper app rather than just a web renderer. Did have to reinstall once when it started self-closing itself, but the reinstall fixed it. Otherwise flawless.
26/06/2015After a month of my app not working with the error-'we could not make a connection to you' thinking it was my phone I contacted NatWest online help and they recommended completing the password reset. This has restored my access. May help people with similar issue as see from some of these reviews. Awesome app was lost without it.

19/06/2015Doesn't work on Nokia lumia 920. Not sure whether its the app or the bank but i never get the activation code. Such a shame.
19/06/2015App that never updates balances often enough can't trust the app as it doesn't give real-time balance.
17/06/2015I left HSBC so I could Natwest and a wp8 bank app. Glad I did. HSBC made some poor decision in there UK business strategy so after 20 years it was goodbye.
