  • by iwan 20/01/2015
Only thing that would make it better is the ability to build and sync your own strength plans

Has helped me a great deal with my running as a beginner

Works great to track distance and speed of your walk or run, but the only other activities compatible are cycling and skiing. I can't input information from my swim sessions or any exercise classes. Some reviews mention step counting, but I can find no support for this unless you buy and link a piece of expensive Adidas kit.
