    Look at the competition like Barclays and give windows phone users a good app. If they can provide that costumer service so you can. At least I believe that. Its not that hard to change banks nowadays...

    This is NOT an app. It is just a miniaturized desktop screen, and as such it is pointless. Instead of having a one-off set-up (as the Android version has) to verify the phone to the account and from then on it is a simplified access, this does NONE of that. Using this app to access your account it requires the FULL and COMPLEX desktop password, which cannot be remembered and is taken care of by by my desktop via a password manager. And no, I do not want to put a password manager on my phone. Come on Lloyds, do better. It is this sort of thing that makes customers move to other banks. In short it is useless.

    App usability is awful and gives false response sometimes when transferring money between accounts. iPhone app is far superior.

    This app works well for me, I have no problems with it, I am able to check my balance and move money about.

    Good enough to get a quick look at your account and make a quick payment but pending transactions is too slow to show what is coming out. Have been overdrawn a few times because of this. Needs updating or speeding up. Not good.
