Plays Ads great - what a surprise. The actual shows play for about 15 seconds before it fooks up. Everytime!!! Shyt App, indeed. Uninstalled. Staying uninstalled until whoever clever pants can fix it.

Constantly buffering - unable to watch hardly anything!

Really nice interface. Would love the ability to download shows for offline viewing in the event of sketchy 3G connections however.

It's a joke that I can't even get through a minute of my programmes without it stopping to buffer- even bbc works better!

The app is good but doesn't run well on my Lumia 635 it is terrible for lagging even though my ping is at 45ms my download is at 24mbps and my upload is at 2.6mbps. It may need an update because all other catch up services on wp8.1 work great.

Latest version is runs perfectly well on a Lumia 520, and is designed and programmed very well. Nice tidy app and in my view, the benchmark for any on-demand TV app. A pleasant surprise from ITV.

The app is great! Untill it started to buffer alot. The connection is flawless on my end so must be on ITV. Anyone experiencing this? Or how I can fix it.
