23/08/2014Rubbish effort for an 'app' use the mobile website it works better or switch to Natwest, that is what I have done. Their app is so much better, you only have to type in one security number rather than having to mess around with drop downs etc like this one.
19/08/2014I have just joined Halifax at the age of 16 and needed and app to make online banking easier. This app is perfect as it is easy to use but for a young age group. However needs updating so it is more beneficial for adult's to use. If these changes are made I will give it a 5 star rating.
18/08/2014Just used this to do online banking for the first time in a while and the experience felt more integrated into the application, compared to the first time I used it when it felt like it was just hosting the mobile banking website in a frame. So a good improvement I would say. Thanks!
