    This isn't a proper app. Invest in what your customers want please Halifax. Very disappointing to see so many people clamouring for a proper Halifax banking app.

    DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION!! Every time I try to use it no matter how long I leave it it says username invalid and/or password expired and to reset your account details you have to speak to about 5 or 6 different people and by the time you're done it will say the same thing and you'll have to do the same process all over again.

    Not very good app. Just a website. Barclays app is amazing and Halifax should develop something similar.

    Have been using phone to do online banking but have recently had attempts to draw in excess of 20,000 plus from credit card account think it is now time phones used finger print technology

    It's purely a container for the mobile website. And it adds more steps to get into the website, so is actually more time consuming. A waste of time!
