FINDaPAD:  The Property Search App you really can use on the move!

Search all Estate Agents listings in your chosen area. No need to download separate apps for each agent.

FINDaPAD is super quick and easy to use. To search simply enter a post code, place name or use your phone’s location.

Choose a property and see details of local amenities such as Doctor’s Surgeries, Pubs and Restaurants etc.

There’s a Route Planner to get you from where you are now to your chosen property, using your phone’s location.

And if you're on a mobile data connection you don't want to be stood all day waiting for your search results, so just use the Settings screen to choose how many properties you want your search to return.

FINDaPAD can show you House Price Trends and Crime Statistics for your search area (Crime Stats for UK Searches only).

FINDaPAD even allows you to search for properties in International Locations. Currently supported countries include:

    Needs to pull down more property details (pictures mainly) from website instead of always linking to site...where there are no pics displayed in IE10.

    It's ok for finding property but the property details are poor. Link to 'show more' about the property description doesn't work. Can't filter by type of property or features such as having a garage and no school catchment information. Limited photos too (may be associated with same issue as the 'show more' broken link. Good idea but needs fixes and improvement to persuade me to move from Zoopla or dedicated estate agent pages

    Can be good but often want to find some just in the next town can't always find the town *** not to bad

    Such a good app, make a website too! I want to be able to do this on my laptop!

    Bad app. I've no doubt that a mobile site like RightMove's would be much better.

    good stuff. definitely needs more filter options, such as house type (semi, terraced, etc.)

    Promising, but needs more filters, better integration of the search results with the app, e.g. photo viewer, and a map.

    Not bad but needs to work better with photos!Viewing them in the app is a must. Clicking though to various sites to view the photos is just annoying, especially when the back button returns to the app!

    Very poor app, not much time spent on UI....no filter, few reaults, even fewer details with reaults. Overall opinion is that its a rushed app.with poor features, give this one a pass.
