Great news! As a BT Broadband customer you have free unlimited wi-fi minutes - get online at over 5 million hotspots across the UK and avoid congested mobile networks for free. Download it to get online, game, connect or work at the UK’s largest wi-fi network of 5 million hotspots.

When in range of a hotspot, choose ‘BT Wi-fi’ in your device settings, open the app and log-in with your BT Broadband email address and password. The BT Wi-fi app will connect to a hotspot whenever you’re in range.

- Fast log in process
- Quick mapping speeds
- Easy user interface
- Help

How to use for the first time:
1.	Download and open the app.
2.	Enter your BT Broadband email username and password into the "Enter Details" screen screen and press "activate". This will activate the app.
3.	In a BT Wi-fi hotspot for the first time? Click ‘Wi-fi Settings’ and select BT Wi-fi.
4.	Finally, open the BT Wi-fi app to be taken to the connect screen and logged in

How to connect to BT Wi-fi subsequently:
1.	Ensure your wi-fi is enabled and you are in range of a hotspot
2.	Open the app and you will be logged in to start using you free, unlimited wi-fi minutes
3.	If you want to connect at your BT Home Hub, click ‘Settings’ on your device, select ‘wi-fi’ then click on ‘BT Home Hub’.

Rubbish. Does not work at all on my Lumia 520, tried complaint to BT but they said it was probably a Nokia problem. Guess I must wait for someone to give some attention to this. The BT app works very well on iPad, and is useful. Come on BT, sort it out.

The app was not the easiest to set up but once it was it worked fine and am entering this review using BT WiFi via the app itself.

Works when logged on to explorer, checking network conditions when using the app. This app does not work.

Terrible its saying every hotspot is unsafe

Terrible app, and no real need for it. Doesn't work properly. Will continually say my logon details are incorrect, even though I can logon to with exactly the same credentials. Why they can't make it easy like O2 & The Cloud hotspots is beyond me. With both of them, you logon through a home page, it stores the details and connects automatically each time. No need for an app. BT, please stop trying to make things "easy" and offer an easy to find logon page that actually works.

Rubbish!!! Does not let you sign in unless you have a btinternet email address. Well I have an account with BT but not a btinternet email. So this sucks!
