Not enough hotspots around. Won't connect when you need it to. Won't find the nearest WiFi. Cannot use apps because it wont connect. Absolute rubbish

How typical of BT that although it is clear from reading through the reviews that this app has not been working for several months - the app remains in the store with no apparent attempt to fix it or to explain why it is no longer works. Even EE, whose app too is not working, have had the courtesy to put an apology at the top of the app details page and say they are working to fix it . But then its long suffering customers already know that BT could not care less about good customer relations.

Absolute load of rubbish, a waste of time... Only works at home... I still have to sign in with my email and password - every single time ...and then it tells me to download the app to make it easier - " no need to sign in every time" - ha ha funny I think not, just REALLY tedious waste of time...don't bother....the phone's own WiFi section in the settings is far simpler and easier - which is mostly where this useless app will end up taking you anyway! •DON'T BOTHER - IT'S REALLY RUBBISH!•

Only works if the WiFi ssid is called BT fon. If bt openzone you need to open IE and go to any url to get to a BT web page to log in. Annoying that the app doesn't have a button after connection failure to "sign in by browser", that would speed up getting connected

Works when it wants to. Stupid excuses where as browser login is fine. 1 Star too much.

If you want this fixing them swipe left to "details" and "report concern to Microsoft" for poor performance. If enough reports are received Microsoft will arbitrarily pull the app from the marketplace. Then you'll see some action from BT

As far as I can work out, this app doesn't actually do anything. It tells you you've logged on once you enter your details in your browser, but otherwise nada
