APPLICATION DESCRIPTION

We’re delighted to introduce the BT Wi-fi app for Windows. If you’re a BT Broadband customer with free and unlimited BT Wi-fi, then this app has been designed for you. Download it to get online, game, connect or work at the UK’s largest wi-fi network of 4.5 million hotspots.

When in range of a hotspot, choose ‘BT Wi-fi’ in your device settings, open the app and log-in with your BT Broadband email address and password. The BT Wi-fi app will connect to a hotspot whenever you’re in range.

PLEASE READ:
How to use for the first time:
1.	Download and open the app. Confirm you’re a ‘BT Broadband Customer’, select ‘Set Up Now’ and enter your BT internet email address and password. Accept the terms and conditions. Click ‘Activate’.
2.	You’re ready to connect. Press ‘Activate’ to go to the connection screen.
3.	In a BT Wi-fi hotspot for the first time? Click ‘Wi-fi Settings’ and select BT Wi-fi.
4.	Finally, open the BT Wi-fi app to be taken to the connect screen and logged in

How to connect to BT Wi-fi subsequently:
1.	Ensure your wi-fi is enabled and you are in range of a hotspot
2.	Open the app and you will be logged in to start using you free, unlimited wi-fi minutes 
3.	If you want to connect at your BT Home Hub, click ‘Settings’ on your device, select ‘wi-fi’ then click on ‘BT Home Hub’.

    Cant log in. Using the correct details. If I could give BT zero stars I would. Everything to do with our business broadband has been handled incorrectly, mis-sold or just dealt with poorly or rudely. A joke of a company.

    Nokia Lumia 920 This app won't allow me to log in and opt in, even though I'm using the correct info. Very frustrating, and a poor start to a potentially handy phone feature. If still problematic after 24 hours, I'm uninstalling it and relying on the more inconvenient method.
