19/05/2015Yes, not very good. You have to manually go into the app after you have discovered that the phone has automatically connected to a hotspot, thereby cutting off internet access until you manually run the app. Bizarre. Then, probably about 80% of the time I get a message that I am unable to log in. I see there is now a BT Wifi-X signal which you can automatically connect to with credentials. Unfortunately BT has seen fit to only make the correct credentials available through an app only available on iPhones. Well done BT, alienate 90% of phone users in favour of overhyped, overpriced fashion accessories. Update: It used to work occasionally, now never works. Going to uninstall until it's fixed. Useless.
18/05/2015Not working rubbish
16/05/2015Terrible app, and no real need for it. Doesn't work properly. Will continually say my logon details are incorrect, even though I can log onto bt.com with exactly the same credentials. It tells me I'm not connected to BT, when I am. It can't find it's own hotspots. Refuses to "verify" hotspots. The list just goes on. Why they can't make it easy like O2 & The Cloud hotspots is beyond me. With both of them, you logon through a home page, it stores the details and connects automatically each time. No need for an app. BT, please stop trying to make things "easy" and offer an easy to find logon page that stores your details and actually works.
11/05/2015This app has never allowed me any useable network access anywhere
10/05/2015Doesn't work... I'm logging in manually at the browser, and thisone does nothing.
09/05/2015This app is not working.
04/05/2015Complete rubbish. I cannot connect to ANY Fon service even though my wife can. NO diagnostics or way forward, just dumb refusal to cooperate.
02/05/2015One star Actually, what does this do? It's supposed to replace manual intervention at hotspots, yet it never connects and seems to always have forgotten my password. When you look at implementations on other mobile platforms, you have to wonder about some companies.
30/04/2015Had hoped the negative reviews were over the top but can honestly say that this app in its current state is without value. Needs to work as per iOS and Android i.e. automatic connection without user input. A real shame.
