    Went to Vienna, hoped to use electronic boarding pass. Never got any pass on my phone, going out or coming back. App recognises I went out there, still doesn't recognise I have come back. Useless. Needed to do emergency email from website to print pass.

    Please make resume to ticket work. Open a pinned boarding pass then turning the screen off my Lumia 920 (to go through security) the boarding pass should reload any time you go back the phone. It does do this, it doesn't render the boarding pass, its a white BA screen instead. Other than that, its a nice app :)

    A webapp with no possibility to save your boarding pass is useless.

    Really poor experience. App goes to the mobile site. Then cant get back to the app to get boarding passes. Last one was so much better.

    Since the update the app stopped working. Can't eve log in. It uses web views to try to register or retrieve password that don't eve display because of invalid certificates. It seems that they didn't even bother testing the app. Contacted support and they say they can't do anything about it. Completely unusable app. A total disappointment.

    The latest update appears to have fixed the stability problems. However, the app remains very limited (albeit nice to look at). Even basic information such as lounge WiFi access codes would be useful. Otherwise its only really good for boarding passes.

    The app stopped working for a bit but much better now - I can see tier points again and love the new images
