Nothing wrong with the app. Works perfectly fine on my phone.

Needs serious update. When trying to access bbc TV page a pop up tells me to install the iPlayer app which is already installed!!! So this pop up blocks access to the TV programme guide and details of all bbc programmes. Maddening! Please get it sorted.

I don't mind its a website wrapper, I quite like the website. I'm sure a proper app would be somewhat smoother usability wise. And now we have live tv - great. However, my biggest beef is the seriously bad choppiness off the playback. Sometimes its smooth as silk but all to often its very choppy making it very frustrating to watch. Seriously its turning me right off it. Judging by the reviews here, loads of people are complaining about the same thing. Sort it out bbc!

Often does not work. Even when it does there is no option of downloading offline content like the ios equivalent. It seems the BBC doesn't care about Windows phone users. As I am clearly a second class viewer I see no reason why I shouldn't be paying a second class licence fee.

Such a bad decision to remove the radio program playing part of the app. Would be 5 star 🌟 otherwise

Just in UK. In Romania NO. We are a little bit too stupid for BBC. Thanks.
