23/11/2014Very reluctant to start on my Nokia 625, it's not the phone because the ITV player works without a hitch.
23/11/2014Please sort out this app coz it's ****
23/11/2014Not a dreadful app, just missing the necessary download feature, and it seems a bit basic, particularly compared to the iOS and Android versions. It can be a bit glitchy, particularly when opening the app. In my experience the quality of the picture is very good, but does use plenty on data.
23/11/2014This app functions OK as Iplayer on pc works. This is however not ideal for a mobile app - the app seems to struggle with being on the move a lot more than other streaming services. Whenever I'm trying to use this on the train the stream is flaky and keeps dropping out - even when my signal is clear throughout. Netflix, for example, does not suffer from this problem. Using this app while at home and not moving, it works very well but I do not need iplayer on my phone for when I am at home. Secondly, the app doesn't seem to have an option to download and save any shows that I want to watch - if you're somewhere with inconsistent signal this app will do you no good. So overall this app works was an iplayer client, but it is not effective for being used on the move - which defeats the purpose of having iplayer on my phone!
22/11/2014Is a complete joke take's about 2 hours to watch a 30 minute program that's if it allows you to play it in the first place!!the old version was so much better and your tech guys should be working overtime to get this app up to a standard fit for 2014 \15 every review on here is saying how it doesn't work yet the BBC seems to be doing nothing about it.zero stars from another fed up and frustrated BBC customer!
22/11/2014Appalling. Used to work now it doesn't. I pay a TV license, I expect this to **** well work!!
22/11/2014Could not select zero stars so it has to be one, but I would like to say that this app isn't worth -1 star. With the lengthy list of bad reviews for this piece of **** you'd think the BBC would of sorted its act out. But no, people with Windows phones are left in the dark ages. There's almost 3,000 bad reviews, come on. Pull your finger out, eh?
22/11/2014Rubbish. Never works. Always buffering.
