    I have been trying to sync my music, so can play on other devices. Cannot. Have been sendind messages for help. No reply. Have tried to get onto the m. Web site for help. Not available. Frustrated

    Great app. The music player could do with polishing but excellent DRM free library.

    Better content offering than Zune/Xbox store especially for indie/alternative BUT poor integration with 7.5 Zune player. As other comment states, you have to download onto your PC or Mac first and then 'sync'for the tracks to be listed in the native winpho app. Else you'll be prompted to use no frills 7dm player. This ia a Microsoft restriction getting you to use their store rather than 3rd party, but unless content you desire is US or mainstream you will need to look to services such as 7dm. Had issue with download of 2 tracks from album being corrupted but just cleared downloads and retried. Works ok. So, in summary: Content 10/10. User experience 6/10.

    Love 7digital, great app, can listen to my music on my windows phone and my iPad without having to buy it twice or port it
