    It keeps on saying that the video cannot play, and the sound keeps cutting out. Please change that.

    C4 are clearly not interested in fixing this to work on 3G/4G, so we all need to email them repeatedly and ask them to fix it and properly support this platform!!!!

    Kinda sucks limited to WiFi :( I mean otherwise it looked ok - uninstalled until it improves. Try again Ch4!! Grrr...

    It should not be up to 4od to define which technology I receive my data through. Wifi restriction is silly.

    Used to use this app all the time, never experienced any problems. After recent updates, I haven't been able to use it at all. Can't download, and every time I try to play a video, it just says 'failed to play. Retry' even though I use WiFi! I'm so disappointed. How do I fix this?? Please sort this out channel 4!!! 😒
