Good app for viewing but when recording and cutting between scenes, resulting video crackles and is jumpy. 5 stars once fixed.

It doesn't let me upload a video I made with the video camera app. Does that mean that of I don't have Internet and can't go on Vine that I can't even RECORD the **** thing? Seriously though, as long as a video file is up to six seconds long, you should be able to upload it. Common sense.
