The NeatStreets service is linked around the country to agencies such as government, utility service providers and even supermarket chains to receive and act upon reports sent by you from anywhere.

How do we do it?

Your reports are sent to our own unique ‘location-to-agency’ mapping service, where they magically connect to the appropriate agency for resolution.

No need to find websites and telephone numbers for different agencies anymore!

Our focus is to encourage all the agencies dealing with the maintenance of public assets and amenities round Australia and New Zealand to provide us with feedback on your reports, (such as progress and closure). If you know your problem was fixed, you can keep us informed too by pressing the fixed button found when viewing an issue.

    Reported an issue and it was magically repaired. Brilliant service and app. Just started to crash on start up. Real shame because this was a brilliant app

    Reported a footpath problem that had been there for months and it was fixed in 3 working days.

    Since the last update, the location finder has become inaccurate. Also, the category tab now shows no categories at all. This severely hampers the usefulness of this app. It's a shame really because this app worked well enough, previously.

    Says it can't connect to the internet. Odd considering I just downloaded it from the internet.

    Excellent app and service for the community. Well done. I reported a signage problem that had been in place for over 4 years, and it was fixed within a few months. Fantastic!
