Vodafone customers, now you can keep track of your mobile usage on the go with the NEW My Vodafone app.
The app is loaded with features including:
• View your account usage
• View your recent bills & payments
• Find your nearest store
• View network updates in your area
• Contact Vodafone
• Join the conversation in the Vodafone Community
Vodafone post paid customers with a My Vodafone username and password can access the full suite of functionality in the app. (i.e. customers on 12, 24 or month to month plan only). Prepaid customers can download the app however, to access your account services on prepaid the app will link you directly to the mobile version of My Vodafone where you can log in. 

For Vodafone post paid customers to access the account services in the app you must have a My Vodafone username and password. You can obtain a username and password for My Vodafone easily at www.myvodafone.com.au
Purchase of the application is free however download charges do apply for downloading from the Marketplace.
The app is free to use for Vodafone customers excluding the following services where data charges apply based on your plan rates and your usage:
1. Store locator
2. Access to any external/ 3rd party links including Vodafone YouTube
Non Vodafone customers can download the application however data charges will apply as per your plan rate.
When using the service overseas, international roaming charges will apply.
The app will perform at its best when you’re in a 3G coverage area or on a Wifi connection.

    Live tile is sooooo inaccurate. I've been connected to the internet with my device for 3 days straight and the live tile stats haven't changed. Internal app is ALOT closer. This app should be made up to date by the minute from Vodafone servers as they know. Then this would be a live tile app. Come on Vodafone take the next step and be the leaders in this.

    Retrieving data all the time. Cannot log on. The only way i can check my account is to use a computer...

    Good but live tile doesn't update itself. Need to open app to refresh the tiles data.

    I cant download the bills. When I try to, the app tells me to get the update, but the update it's not even available.

    Does not auto refresh the windows tile most if the time. I have to open the app and refresh. Why is this still version 1, when android has version 2. Get your act together.
