7/04/2014has the basic muscles groups and the most used exercises, but some others are missing.. hip abduction and adduction <--- these uses muscles that are not on the list :( , skull crushers, and super sets and triple sets....

19/02/2014Even though its a "gym" pocket guide, I think it would be really beneficial to add options that don't use gym equipment except for light weights. Would make it a lot more user friendly 👍

28/01/2014I think this app is great for experienced gym users and very fit people only. If you are starting out and want to lose weight or get fit then u cant use this app because it has way to many workouts for a non fit person
