‘the Investor’ provides a set of financial calculators that support making decisions about corporate bonds, US treasuries and real estate transactions. It allows the computation of bond yields and coupon interest, coupon factors, TBill spreads, Horizon returns, and real estate mortgages and Return On Equity for an investment property. ‘the Investor’ also enables you to save and name your computations, then upload them to your SkyDrive account. Downloading data for use on Windows 7 and Windows 8 is possible via a companion application for those platforms.  You will be able to upload from the desktop environment and download to ‘the Investor’ on your phone.
