Good functioal app. A few things I would improve: Allow setting of the white background to Black as OLED phones cosume power generating white sceens. Fix the problem where user photos don't appear on O365 like the examples above. The homescreen Tile is not the same blue as the Metro blue on the phone so looks a bid odd. When you get a message arriving on background, you can not see it in the client when you switch to it. All seems a bit Beta.
