"All hands on Deck! Sid Meier's Pirates! is an exciting high-seas adventure that allows buccaneers to helm one of 27 fully customizable ships as they descend upon unsuspecting ports of call to amass a motley crew of seafaring bandits. As a fearless Pirate Captain you will collect hidden treasure maps, undertake daring missions and courageous rescues, and swiftly hand out pirate-style justice to local braggarts at every port.     Das Spiel ist eine gute Nachbildung der PC-Version. Suche Deine Familie und erbeute dabei so viele feindliche Schiffe, wie möglich. Habe das Spiel nun schon x Stunden gespielt. Dabei hatte ich lediglich selten einen Absturz, dank der Autosave-Funktion aber keine grossen Verluste. Die Ladezeiten sind tatsächlich sehr lange. Auf einem HTC Trophy für einen Menüaufruf oder das Laden eines neuen Fensters (und beides gibt es häufig) wartet man ca. 10 Sekunden. Mir macht das Spiel zrotzdem viel Spass, darum 4*.

    Zeitlich begrenzte Demos sind ein Witz.

    Das Spielprinzip ist sehr gut. Allerdings hat es noch einige störende Bugs. Der Ton ist immer auf voller Lautstärke. Ladezeiten dauern auch sehr lange, auch wenn man nur den Ladebildschirm öffnen will.

    Etwas lange Landezeiten, aber abgesehen davon viel Spielspass mit Liebe zum Detail! :-)
